Dr. Chaman Lal Malhotra

Son of Shri Hem Chand Malhotra, Dr. Chaman Lal Malhotra held the degree of MBBS (Gold Medalist) and MS (Master in Surgery). Dr. Malhotra retired as the Director- Health Services, Himachal Pradesh and was one of the longest serving professional at this position.

Apart from being a successful and renowned Surgeon & Administrator, Dr. Malhotra always loved reading and writing about the historical facts, specially about Mandi and Himachal Pradesh. He is author of some popular books like "Himachal Ka Krantikari Itihaas" & "Devlok Ke Devta".

Dinesh Malhotra holds a strong academic background along with rich administrative / management experience. His 34 years of Administrative and Regulatory experience along with 2.5 years of teaching experience at University, prior to joining of Administrative Services has given him an edge to understand social problems in a right perspective. He is the the only one IAS from Khatri community, Mandi.

 

As per Dinesh “knowledge of law has helped me in making the distinction between right and wrong in the administrative system. I fully understand the importance of procedure in maintaining & creating a healthy system, which is fair  and just for all.”

  • National Champion in Go-Karting with an impressive record of victories.

Anshul Malhotra

President Kovind presented Nari Shakti Puraskar to Anshul Malhotra for skilling underprivileged rural women in handloom weaving and promoting Himachal Handloom. She has provided free handloom weaving training to 200 underprivileged rural women.
